Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Williamson County, Tennessee, except as otherwise provided in the arbitration section below.

17. Mediation and Arbitration

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith mediation in Williamson County, Tennessee.

If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days of a written request for mediation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and share the costs of arbitration equally. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
